My Early Connection to the Church
Since I was a little girl I have always loved the church. I can remember begging my parents to go to church and when we lived overseas on a military base we didn’t always have my parents’ preferred option. I didn’t care if it was Catholic or Protestant I just wanted to be in church. This early love for the Church and the people of God has stayed with me my entire life and is what ultimately led me to create the Five Twenty-Two Group. My desire is to use my gifts, professional background and expereience to help churches thrive– this is more than a business; it is also my ministry.
My Professional Background
Before launching the Five Twenty-Two Group I worked as a Program and Project Manager with a Fortune 100 company. While there, I gained extensive experience in multiple project management methodologies, Human Centered Design, strategic planning and change management. This business background combined with church leadership experience and a Master of Arts in Ministry gives me a breadth of knowledge and a unique approach to working with churches, one that is God centered, supported by professional acumen.
How I Help Churches Thrive
I’ve had the joy of being a member of many churches in my life, some more financially stable than others. It’s for this reason that I look first for small, inexpensive tweaks that could have significant impacts on the life of the church– such as make sure slides are formatted for the visually impaired, or switching from paper to digital options. It’s about finding the right outcomes that benefit both the church as an organization, and the people who make up the church. Drawing from both my professional and ministry experiences, I focus on practical faith-based methods to help churches thrive. Here’s how we do it:
The Five Twenty-Two group believes that each church or faith-based non-profit has a unique purpose, and our mission is to help you pursue your purpose in a fruitful way.

Our Biblically Based Philosophy
At the Five Twenty-Two Group we believe that churches should be evaluated spiritual principles rather than business metrics like brand awareness, market share or profits. Business metrics are insufficient models for gauging how well a church can make, grow and send disciples. Instead, we believe that there are 9 key areas of strength following Jesus’ guidance that we “will know them by their fruits”. (Matthew 7:16)
Your church is called to a unique purpose by God and we wantt o be your partners as you discern God’s will and strive to put that into action. We believe that all churches have their individual strengths, but as we’re called into new seasons new strengths may need to be developed. We base our measurements on the Fruit of the Spirit outlined by Paul in his letter to the Galatians (see info graphic). By using Galatians 5:22-23 as our model of success we gain a broader view of where your church is already effective, and where there might be opportunities for greater vitality.
